For Individual Investors, TLB Strategic Investments pre-qualifies investors on the basis of the following:

• previous investment experience and
• must qualify as an Accredited Investor as defined by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.

Currently an Accredited Investor is someone who is one of the following:

• net worth of at least $1MM, excluding the value of one's primary residence or
• have an annual income at least $200,000 each year for the last two years (or $300,000 combined income if married) and have the expectation to make the same amount this year
